I had a great stay at this hotel, especially because of its perfect location connected to West Edmonton Mall, making everything super convenient. The rooms were classic, spacious, and always at the perfect temperature, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, the dining options could have been better; some of the food was just lukewarm and did not live up to expectations. Overall, I'd say it was a solid choice, especially for families wanting to explore the mall.

I had a pretty good stay overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right inside a mall with plenty of stores and attractions, making it super convenient for families. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us, but we did run into an issue with the reservation that could have been communicated better. The room had some comfort issues with the mattress, but my toddler loved using the provided crib. I felt the price was a bit steep for what we got, considering some areas felt a little outdated.
